How to practice upper limb strength (fitness plan) in street dance?
Generally, we practice arm strength (three heads) and waist strength, that is, abdominal strength, and rarely use the handles on our shoulders.

First of all, it is better to train the strength of the three heads. Change push-ups, clamp your arms, keep them parallel to your body and flatten them. Keep your waist and arms parallel to your body at all times. Don't run to both sides like ordinary people. There are also reflexive push-ups, which are relatively simple. You can find a way online, and then do push-ups against the wall to practice your arm strength in the case of handstand.

Generally speaking, according to your physical fitness, 20~30 groups should do 3~4 groups at intervals of 1 min, 1 group.

Waist strength, which is relatively simple, is also doing sit-ups in groups, and the number of groups depends on your own ability. There is another way, that is, put your arms on the ground, your arms are perpendicular to the ground, and then pull your body to the straightest position and keep exercising for 20~30 minutes, which can help you practice.

I just use these methods, pay attention to the speed when I do it, and B-BOY's muscles should be energetic, elastic and explosive!
