Causes of heart discomfort after exercise
1. Physiological reasons: For people who are physically weak or obese, lack of exercise can easily lead to a decline in exercise endurance. It is normal for the heart to feel uncomfortable after exercise. Patients should appropriately increase exercise, enhance resistance and gradually relieve symptoms.
2. Pathological causes: The activity tolerance of patients with heart failure and coronary heart disease decreased obviously, and some patients had mild activity and heart discomfort. The first level of cardiac function indicates that the patient has no symptoms after exercise, the second level indicates that the patient's daily life is not restricted, the third level indicates that the patient's daily life is obviously limited, and the fourth level indicates that the patient cannot exercise.
What should I do if my heart is uncomfortable after exercise?
If the heart is uncomfortable after exercise, you must go to the hospital for treatment and do a treadmill exercise test to see if there is any dynamic st-t change in ECG when the heart is uncomfortable after exercise. If there is obvious st segment elevation or depression when the heart is uncomfortable, considering coronary artery stenosis, further coronary angiography is needed to determine whether it is macrovascular disease or microvascular disease. Coronary angiography is the gold standard for detecting coronary artery stenosis.
