The difference between line dancing and aerobics
Line dancing is a branch of the global fitness category, and aerobics is a sport that combines gymnastics, music and dance to pursue human health and beauty. One is performance sports and the other is competitive fitness.

Line dancing can be a group dance or a solo dance. In addition to competitions with high-end dance skills, line dancing is widely used in foreign carnivals, cultural festivals, carnivals, parties, large-scale events and other festivals.

It can relieve physical and mental stress, enhance cardiopulmonary function, shape a beautiful figure, enhance physical coordination, make more friends and show team spirit.

Aerobics is mainly used for "three healthy" purposes such as strengthening physique, promoting health, shaping body, controlling weight, enjoying spirit and cultivating sentiment.

In recent years, aerobics is also divided into two categories: fitness and competition. Fitness aerobics aims at fitness exercise, while competitive aerobics aims at training according to rules, and finally to participate in competitions. The occasions of performances are mostly exhibitions and competitions. It is rarely regarded as an activity.
