The school has Tianma Apartment, Dezhi Apartment, Finance College Campus Student Apartment, Wanglu Bridge Student Apartment, standard four-bedroom configuration, bed and table, air conditioning, independent bathroom, water heater, free campus network, and school dormitory equipped with washing machine. The size of the dormitory wardrobe is roughly 50cm*55cm* 165cm, which has a large space and can basically meet the needs of placing clothes.

Dormitories and beds for undergraduates are not freely chosen, and they are allocated by grade counselors in the college where freshmen are located before the start of school. If it is really difficult to move in for a period of time after the start of school, you can find a counselor to change the dormitory and handle it as appropriate. At present, there is no regulation on lights-out time in dormitory.

There are eight canteens in the south campus of the school: one is near the entrance of Tianma Park, the fifth is next to the School of Architecture, the sixth is inside Tianma Park, the second is on the sixth and second floors, the third is on the fifth and second floors, and the fourth is next to the east building. The Dezhi canteen is in Dezhi Park, and there are new canteens on the fifth and third floors.

There are two canteens in the campus of Finance College: the new canteen is near the school gate, and the old canteen is next to the small auditorium. The style of each canteen has its own characteristics, including a window for cooking and a window for special dishes. There is a Muslim restaurant in the second canteen. The dishes are rich in color and reasonable in price. The second canteen has become an "online celebrity restaurant" because of frequent innovations in special dishes.
