What's the difference between fitness for the elderly and fitness for the young?

People often ask me questions about the fitness characteristics of the elderly. I don't know much about it. I recently tidied it up specially. In short, there are three differences: 1, the fitness purpose of the elderly is different from that of the young (the prevention and improvement of chronic diseases account for a large proportion), 2, it is more difficult and more professional to guide the elderly in fitness (the general coaches don't understand and dare), and 3, the sports equipment is different (the equipment for the elderly is specialized, but the general gyms don't).

Make several measurements before and after the event:

Since its opening (20 16~202 1), the elderly sports health home has not encountered a single cardiogenic problem (myocardial infarction), and several cases have fallen. After the fall, the medical expenses of the elderly were paid by the insurance company, and the staff did the corresponding work and appeasement at the first time, which had no impact on the site management.
