The river and sand dam, which originated in the south of Guang Shun, passes through Aixi, receives the ancient water, crosses the overnight river, flows through Tiansheng Bridge together with the mountain stream from Dangwu Mountain, and then merges with the streams from Longtan and Lanhuapo in the north of Guang Shun, forming a partnership between man and water. Further down, 99 pools of water and Liutu water at the foot of Doujiao Mountain meet in the lake tide. Next, add rhubarb mud from Guang Shun, and then flow into Fujiaqiao, Ludi, where it flows into Fan Ji (now Huaxi). Huaxi River passes through Zhongcao Temple, joins Maoshui, Shajing Water, Chenliang Water and Bailang Water on its north shore, then flows into Sifang River and flows to Wuyan Bridge. At this point, it is connected with the Deweng well from Niujiaopo. These waters meet with streams from Mud Beach and Wild Duck Pond in Jinwu, and streams from Maipingtun flow into Che Xiao River. Then the flow of Nanming River increases, and the channel widens to Taici Bridge and Yangliuwan, which is the upper section of Nanming River.
The water from Yangliuwan flows to Xinqiao (the former site of Guiyang No.1 Middle School), and the stream from Yulong Mountain flows into it. These waters enter Qianling Lake in Daluoxi through the Third Bridge and Phoenix (through the Second Bridge and Touqiao into Mohe River, now the Xihe River in the city). This section is the middle section of Nanming River. Next, the Guancheng River from the tea shop passes through Hongqiao (now Nanming Bridge) and then passes through Fuyu Bridge on both sides of Jiaxiu Building, and it is flat. On the south side of Nanmingtang, the water from Balitun is abundant, flowing to Tuanpo Bridge, passing through Puji Bridge of Shuikou Temple, crossing Dayu Village, crossing Wudang, merging into Longdong River in Gomai and flowing eastward into Wujiang River.
