According to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Further Expanding the Pilot Reform of Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Qualification Examination and Regular Registration System (Teacher Office [2015] No.3), in the first half of 2065 438+05, our province implemented the National Unified Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Qualification (NTCE for short). The specific implementation is in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Gansu Province (Trial) and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regular Registration System for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Gansu Province (Trial) (Gansu Education Department [2015] No.56).
The NTCE exam is divided into two parts: written test and interview. Only those who pass the written test can participate in the interview. Those who pass the written test and interview will be awarded the NTCE certificate by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education. The NTCE written test is valid for 2 years and the examination certificate is valid for 3 years.
According to the unified arrangement of the Notice of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education on Relevant Matters Concerning the Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in 2020 (Letter from the Teaching Examination Center 19), the NTCE interview in our province in the second half of 2020 is hereby announced as follows:
I. Registration
(A) enter oneself for an examination study and discipline
At present, NTCE has five classes, namely kindergarten, primary school, junior high school, senior high school and secondary vocational school (including cultural classes, professional classes and internship guidance classes). The disciplines of each research section are classified as follows:

1. Basic requirements of the applicant:?
(1) with China nationality;
2 Abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, and have good ideology and morality;
(3) Meet the physical examination standards for applying for teacher qualification;
(4) Meet the academic requirements stipulated in the Teachers Law. Students above grade three in ordinary colleges and universities can apply for the exam with proof of study at school.
2. Territorial management requirements: applicants should register for the teacher qualification examination in the place where the household registration relationship, personnel relationship or student status relationship (student) is located.
According to the spirit of the Notice of the Ministry of Education on Cancelling a Batch of Certification Matters (J.F. [2065]12), the certificate of work unit or personnel relationship submitted when applying for the qualification examination for primary and secondary schools and kindergartens will be changed into a residence permit. The specific territorial management requirements shall be determined according to the registration implementation plan of local education examination enrollment institutions.
3 Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents studying, working and living in the Mainland:
Anyone who abides by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), supports the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC), adheres to the direction of running a socialist school, and implements the Party's educational policy may take the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers on a voluntary basis.
4. Education:
(a) to apply for the qualification of kindergarten teachers, they should have graduated from kindergarten teachers or other secondary professional (vocational) schools with a major in normal education or above;
To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, one should have graduated from a secondary normal school or other secondary professional (vocational) school with a major in normal education or above;
(3) To apply for junior high school teacher qualification, you should have a higher normal college or other college graduation or above;
(four) to apply for the qualification of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools, they shall have a bachelor's degree or above in normal universities or other universities;
Those who apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools should have graduated from secondary vocational schools or above, and have professional and technical positions above assistant engineer or technical level above intermediate worker.
5. Other veto conditions:
Those who have been disqualified as teachers shall not register for the examination within 5 years;
Those who have been deprived of political rights or have been sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment or above for intentional crimes shall not sign up for the examination;
(three) cheating in the teacher qualification examination, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "national education examination violations";
(4) Those who do not meet the conditions for entering the exam will be at their own risk (when applying for teacher qualification in the later stage, their test scores will be invalid).
6. Prerequisites for applying for an interview: All written test subjects in the corresponding categories are qualified and within the validity period (2 years).
(three) the registration schedule and examination fees

(4) Registration method and process
Interview registration takes the form of online registration (online address is), which is divided into three links: ① online registration; ② On-site audit and confirmation; ③ Online payment confirmation.
Simple process of interview registration: Candidates click on the "Online Registration (Gansu)" entrance on the homepage of the registration website, and enter the registration login page → Candidates who take the written test in Gansu in the second half of 2020 can continue to use the account at the time of written test registration; Candidates who did not take the written test in Gansu in the second half of 2020 must re-register. → Login to the online registration system → Interview registration → Select the examination area (city or state) → Select the category of study section → Select subjects → Complete the online registration information → Go to the site for review → After the examination, candidates can log in to the online registration system again, pay the examination fee online (complete the interview registration confirmation) → Exit safely.

The second step is to register. Before the interview registration, candidates need not (if candidates take the written test in the second half of 2020 in Gansu, they can continue to use the account password registered at the time of the written test registration) or must (if candidates do not take the written test in the second half of 2020 in Gansu) re-register (the account number is their ID number). Candidates are required to fill in information such as name, certificate type and certificate number when registering. After completing the registration, first sign the letter of commitment for the integrity test (electronic version) according to the process, and promise to abide by the examination discipline. Violation of examination discipline shall be dealt with by the examination institution according to the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examination; Then fill in personal information and upload electronic photos.
The third step is to fill in the report. Candidates should choose the examination area according to their household registration, personnel relationship or student status (students in school) (all candidates who apply for secondary vocational courses and internship guidance courses will choose Lanzhou examination area), and choose the interview section categories and subjects corresponding to the written test according to their majors. Before the on-site examination and confirmation, candidates can modify the information they have reported online, but the information they have reported after the examination and confirmation may not be modified. Candidates are responsible for errors in filling in information. If the information such as "name" and "ID number" on the admission ticket is inconsistent with the information on the "Resident Identity Card", you may not take the exam.
The fourth step is to review. Candidates are required to bring their academic credentials (or proof of studying abroad), original ID card and household registration book or residence permit (non-students) to the designated place of the municipal education examination institution in the selected examination area (indicate the address and contact telephone number of the education examination institution in each examination area) for on-site audit, and go through the formalities of signing and confirming the registration information. If it is not accepted within the time limit, it will be given up automatically. If the audit does not meet the application conditions, the information will be invalid.
The fifth step is to pay the fee. After the on-site audit is passed, before the deadline for online payment confirmation, candidates can log in to NTCE online registration system again, and check the audit results online and pay the examination fee according to the system prompt (with the interview online newspaper online payment flow chart and online payment bank list). After payment, candidates can check whether the registration is successful in the online registration system. Candidates who have not been audited or failed to pass the examination cannot pay the examination fee online. Candidates who fail to pay the examination fee online within the time limit will be regarded as giving up the application by the registration system, and the current application information of the student will be automatically cancelled.

(6) Registration of candidates for mental health education in primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools and secondary vocational schools.
Candidates of all mental health education disciplines in primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools and secondary vocational schools shall register online according to the Lanzhou examination area, go to the designated place of Lanzhou education examination institution for on-site audit and confirmation, and attend the interview in Lanzhou. Where the candidates of "Mental Health Education" in primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools and secondary vocational schools report to the examination area outside Lanzhou online, the corresponding examination area will not be approved.
Second, get the admission ticket
Successful candidates can log on to the online registration system to download and print the admission ticket (i.e. 202 1 1 4- 1) within one week before the exam. If printing is really difficult, you can apply for free printing and get an admission ticket at the education examination institution in your examination area.
Third, the epidemic prevention and control
(a) Sign the "Declaration" and fill in the "Self-temperature Monitoring Registration Form"

(2) Apply for "green code"

(3) Candidates from overseas, non-low-risk areas and key epidemic areas must undergo nucleic acid testing when they come to and return to Gansu.
On-site audit, all candidates who come to Gansu from overseas or non-low-risk areas within 0/4 days before the exam must undergo COVID-19 nucleic acid testing. Candidates returning to Gansu from key epidemic areas must be isolated at home 14 days. Candidates must submit the COVID-19 nucleic acid test report (original and photocopy) issued by the provincial CDC or medical and health institutions within 7 days before entering the test center to take the test. (4) Daily protection and timely health screening.
