I still remember that when I got sick again that winter, I went to that community hospital. I also lost fluids for seven days as usual, but this time I lost badly. The doctor suggested that I go to the city hospital for a check-up. The lung infection is a bit serious. I went to the city hospital for a comprehensive examination.

"Excessive blood pressure and blood lipid indicators are also chronic rhinitis, pharyngitis and serious lung infection. The actual age is 28 years old and the physiological age is 58 years old. The first thing to do when you leave the hospital is to lose weight. I want to exercise.

I usually get up at eight in the morning and go running at six. I can't run because I'm too fat, lack of exercise and in poor health. After running a few steps, I was sweating and panting. I'm not running. I really can't run. Finally ran a circle in the community. After running, my whole body aches, my feet are weak and my face is flushed. Because I didn't eat breakfast, I had a little hypoglycemia and passed out directly.

After a few days of persistence, various problems appeared in my body. Later, I went to the gym and invited a personal trainer. I was taught to exercise, but my diet became a big problem again. Before, I had no meat and no joy. At least three bowls of rice per meal. Now the coach wants me to eat light food, and I can't eat staple food at night. Exercise twice a day in the morning and evening, and don't eat staple food at night. I often wake up hungry in the middle of the night, and even feel tired when I get up to cook eggs and eat milk.

This insistence is that 365 days a year, rain or shine, is full of good things. I finally succeeded in losing weight, lost 40 pounds and successfully completed the first half horse in my life.
