What is the use of fitness core strength?
Core strength is a kind of ability, which is produced by muscles and ligaments attached to the waist, buttocks and pelvis. It plays an important role in most competitive sports, which not only maintains the balance of the body and ensures the stable development of special technical movements, but also is the main link for athletes to exert their strength, the hub for the joint efforts of the upper and lower limbs, and plays a connecting role in the process of power transmission.

The core muscle group consists of rectus abdominis, transverse abdominis, dorsal muscle, oblique abdominis, lower dorsal muscle, erector spinae, pelvic floor muscle and staggered pelvis. The muscles around the hip joint, such as gluteus muscle, hip rotator muscle and posterior thigh muscle group, also belong to the core muscle group of human body.

The role of core strength in sports;

1) Stabilize the spine and pelvis;

2) Improve the control and balance of the body;

3) Improve the energy of muscle groups from the core to the limbs during exercise.

Quantitative output;

4) improve the coordination efficiency of upper and lower limbs and movements;

5) Prevention of sports injuries;

6) reduce energy consumption;

7) improve the steering and displacement speed of the body.

The strength of abdominal muscles needs no explanation.
