On the first day, I ran for more than ten minutes, panting and aching all over, feeling that I really lacked training.

In the second stage, you run slowly and walk. I often watch many grandmothers walk by me slowly, but I really don't dislike it. At this stage of walking and running, I am still the thinnest.

In the third stage, I have been running faster than the walking grandfather, because my doctor friend said that running fast would hurt my knee, so I was relieved and kept the current speed.

There is no bottleneck in the middle. At the end of novelty and when new habits were not established, we met friends from other places and took photos in different cities at the same time, which made this boring period interesting.

After this boring period, running has officially become a part of my life, an automatic reaction, and I run automatically without supervision.

It is not difficult to start, but it is difficult to persist. What can make me a procrastinator persist is the curative effect.

First of all, the most direct feeling is that the skin is getting better, thinner and firmer.

Secondly, you can learn while running. There are too many kinds of information on weekdays, and there are a lot of courses stored in the mobile phone. You can listen slowly when running, and the effect of listening to classes is better.

It also made me know the city again and found the reason to love it. The morning in this seaside city is very beautiful, but it is often overlooked by us. Every morning, we run along the coastline and look at the vast sea, feeling that everything is no longer a problem.

Most importantly, this time is also the most sober time, so you can stay quietly with your emotions. Running and running, you suddenly figured it out and your self-strength gradually increased.

I also took part in the first marathon in my life, just like a ceremony for myself, a ceremony to announce my strength.

In the marathon, I also saw all kinds of runners, some pushing wheelchairs, some pushing strollers, some old and some young. The only thing that is the same is that they all enjoy the running process, running forward and being happy. ...

Knowing that I am not running alone also makes me more motivated to continue running on this road.
