People are in poor health in middle age. At first, they didn't understand. First, the 100 meter fast fun run didn't feel very good, so I began to adjust it to jogging.
Courses:
At a pace of 7-8, jog every time 1 km for at least 1 year;
2 km each time lasts about 1 year;
3 kilometers each time for 2 years;
Now it's 4 kilometers at a time, and the total running mileage every month is 30 kilometers. Once every two days if possible, take a day off, and have no time to run at least once 1 week.
I wear a patellar strap to protect my knees every time I run, and I have never been injured by running.
Occasionally run 5 kilometers, 6 kilometers, 7 kilometers at most.
It is important for middle-aged people to keep fit, not to pursue mileage and speed.
Excessive running mileage (different from person to person, lack of exercise when young) can not only play a role in fitness, but also cause sports injuries, eventually causing irreparable physical injuries and affecting life.
For me, running 4 kilometers at a time, at a pace of 7-8, and controlling the total mileage of running at 30 kilometers per month is a moderate amount of exercise for me.
As for the right amount of exercise, you need to feel it yourself. Too many miles, running too fast, not only can not keep fit, but will do harm to the body.
I wish you a happy fitness!
An interesting running man who persisted for six years.
