It's best to rest, muscles need time to recover. When they receive intensive training, a day or two of recovery time is necessary. So practice is not suitable for regular practice.

Wrong practice in practice

Ignore compound exercises. If you train isolated abdominal muscles strictly, you may be making a huge mistake. Hard pull, squat, clean and jerk and other compound movements can tighten every inch of the core. Don't forget to add them to the plan.

Eating lazy and reducing body fat can't be achieved by rolling your belly hundreds of times a day. If you don't eat properly, you may never see chocolate ABS.

Arrange a training class specifically for abdominal muscles. 15 minutes is enough. If you are already doing compound movements, such as squats and tugging, it is absolutely enough to do 2-3 sets of abdominal exercises after training.

Exercise abdominal muscles every day.

Hope to adopt, thank you.
