How to do extreme fitness?
Street fitness is a kind of extreme sports, also known as "fitness", "outdoor fitness" and "street fitness" Mainly use community fitness equipment to exercise and pursue extreme physical fitness. Roughly divided into extreme single parallel bars and extreme push-ups.

Although it is called outdoor, there are no restrictions on sports venues. Now more and more people like this sport.

Extreme fitness, you can use ready-made equipment to train your own innovative extreme movements, and there is a lot of room for innovation.

(A) the basic requirements of extreme fitness

First of all, since it is extreme fitness, we must have a certain fitness foundation. The so-called fitness foundation is: (1) love fitness (the most important thing) (2) keep in touch with fitness for a certain period of time (3) be able to do a certain amount of exercise.

(1) The mentality of loving fitness should be achieved.

If you want to make fitness a "must-have" in your life and exercise on time at a fixed time every day (if you don't feel anything missing during a day's fitness), you will feel great happiness in your fitness, which is more like a release after fitness. Of course, this is only the foundation, and more will and sweat are needed in the later extreme fitness, which I will mention in the next teaching.

(2) Contact with fitness and stick to it for a certain period of time.

Mainly the persistence of willpower, if the first one is done, this one is very simple.

(3) Can do a certain amount of exercise.

Needless to say, the first item has been done, and the second and third items have also been done. In fact, you don't have to think too hard about how much you have achieved. It's best to feel for yourself. Be able to do some push-ups (based on 20 standards), sit-ups (based on 60- 100 standards) and pull-ups (according to their own level).

If you can't reach this one, you should take Article 2 and Article 3 as the basis, and persist in slowly exercising your physical fitness in a planned way.
