Facing the coming junior year, my reason is not for myself, but for this feeling. As Brother Hao said, for those freshmen, I want to help them with the experience of an experienced person when they are in trouble and pressure. At the same time, I hope HKCSS can have a new look and become better and better in our hands!

Personal summary

What I want to say most about my personal work in the past two years is that "responsibility is better than ability, and attitude determines everything". If I give myself a score, I will score 70, and 60 is the basic score. I think I have achieved my goal of joining HKCSS as a freshman to exercise myself. What I want to add to the score of 10 is my working attitude, which is not perfect, and at least meets the requirements of completing every task. The other 30 points are deducted from many shortcomings: impatience; Do things without your own ideas, or some ideas are not implemented; As a minor course in the organization department, I failed to bring new ideas to the organization department, and even made mistakes in many jobs; While continuing last year's work model, it failed to take care of freshmen and other issues.

Do more, think more, remember more and ask more. It is the biggest feeling of my work in the past two years. Unlike other organizations, HKCSS is a place that is willing to do practical things. From the beginning of the semester to the end of the semester, there seems to be few days to relax and have a good rest. Many things need us to do more. Then how to do it? Who will do it? As an excellent group, HKCSS can clearly remember not only its own work, but also its own ideas, the highlights and shortcomings of each activity, constantly asking questions and summarizing itself. Ask more questions. Ask what? Not how, but why. When you understand the purpose of doing this, it is much easier to find the most effective way to achieve it.

Department summary

It is no secret that the organization department is now in a confused period. Since the separation of the evaluation department, all kinds of disrupted systems have not been well improved in our session. The activities of the youth league have been separated from the departments, and the working group of social welfare activities has led to less and less work in our department. What should the organization department do now? We are very confused. Ceng Zi Hao, the responsible chairman, took us to a preview of community activities and a development tea party, just to strengthen the ties between the association and the community through our department. Positioning itself as a link and bridge. But in my opinion, the first thing to do is to do the most basic work, that is, to keep records of personnel changes in associations and societies. When the association is renamed, merged or replaced, the system should be strictly implemented, and publicity should be made in time to inform other departments to do the corresponding work. Secondly, it is necessary to improve and integrate various rules and regulations of HKCSS. At present, the existing system of HKCSS is quite different from the Articles of Association. Even this year's articles of association were not uploaded to the community, which led to the new president's ignorance of the working mode of HKCSS and confusion in his work. Finally, in terms of the number and quality of clubs, the number of clubs has now exceeded 100, and there is an upward trend. How to control the number of clubs, grasp the quality of clubs, integrate all club resources, build well-known clubs in the whole school, and support potential clubs is what organizations should consider now. Only by laying a good foundation can we better connect the community and play a platform role.

After two years in the organization department, I have seen a lot and thought a lot. Tell me what I think: 1. The review of the information of the society to be established is not strict, which is of little help to the newly established society. For the newly established societies, there are many problems in the early stage of development, such as Luyuan Farmers' Association and Grand Slam Fans' Association, because of lack of talents, lack of management experience and unfamiliarity with societies and their working modes. We will set them up while ensuring that they are fully prepared (manpower and material resources). After setting up, we should also care about their development, actively communicate with them and provide help. For example, through elegant demeanour display and collective learning activities, we can improve their popularity in school and increase their experience in organizing activities. 2. The quality of community activities, in order to improve the enthusiasm of community activities, improve the quality of community activities. This year, the practice of organizing school-level activities by associations was put forward, that is, the application for school-level activities. But there are also many disadvantages, the quality of activities has not been improved, and the school league matches.

The Committee also cancelled this preferential treatment given to us. So what should we do in this situation? Provide a platform for community communication. This year, the face-to-face communication of associations has been initially realized, that is, the association development tea party. Although the participation of the association is not high, it provides valuable experience. In the future tea party, we will try to communicate with different types and different natures in the form of thematic exchange meetings. Give the right to speak to the members of the community and invite the leaders of the developed community to give lectures. You can also invite foreign school associations to come and communicate. 4. The problem of community change. This year's open recruitment of community leaders is of great significance in guiding community change, but it has little practical effect and there are different opinions within the community. Consider whether you can take a training course for young people in the future. During the change of the club, each association will send two or three presidential candidates to attend. We will explain various systems, club management, activities, planning, summary and other forms of writing. After the training course, we will give feedback to the members of the president on the results of the course and provide suggestions for selection. Prospect of the Council of Social Service

The CSU is positioned on the basis of community. There is no CSU without a community, so our aim is to serve and manage the community. Now our various systems are close to perfection, and the scale and quality of associations have also improved. But what is lacking is the feedback mechanism of the community. We need to know what the community thinks and what kind of system is suitable for the development of the community and can be widely accepted by all communities. Second, HKCSS provides a platform for community communication and should also be a springboard for community development. Associations need associations, because associations are like a big brother. While protecting the disadvantaged groups, we should also drive large groups out of school. With the law of historical development, it is not difficult to find that every organization will experience its peaks and valleys, especially for a society with greater freedom. Often the irresponsibility of a president will affect the development of several societies. Therefore, the role of the social association is to help the community tide over the downturn and seek new development. During the peak period, we should help the associations to become bigger and stronger, and enhance the influence of our school's associations in society. 1. Constantly revise and improve various systems and formulate new articles of association. If a community wants to develop well, it is very important to have an enthusiastic and responsible teacher.
