2. Choose a hula hoop that suits your weight, then put the hula hoop on your waist, and people stand in the middle of the hula hoop;
3. Hold the hula hoop with both hands, and then start to turn around with both hands, so that the hula hoop moves clockwise around your waist;
4. Then slowly exercise with your waist and hips to drive the hula hoop in circles.
