Follow the trend to find the goals that belong to your life, and the goals that don't meet.

We often customize our goals and plans, which seem natural, but often make us: anxious/paranoid/unattainable. Why do we have so much mental pressure when we customize our goals?

Because these goals are not in line with your "meaning of life" and can't follow your heart.

If you haven't found the meaning of life. Then do it. It only takes two steps to find the meaning of your life.

Step 1: Target list

List your goals (current goals and final goals)

List your current goals on paper, for example, finding a job within this year.

Then write down your ultimate goal, which is similar to your dream and can be economical. For example, I want to earn 1OW every month, which can be vague: I want to get more happiness; It can also be more accurate: I think I can travel abroad twice a year.

This process can last for several days. You can think about it carefully or read it out loud to confirm your thoughts.

Step 2: Simplify and filter the target list in step 1, and finally get 2-3 relatively abstract words, which represent the "meaning of life" you recognize. Simplify the target list for the first time and find the homogeneous content after grouping. The second simplification: group the list after the first simplification, find out the homogeneous content after grouping and reduce it, and so on until your list has only 3-5 words. The last step: summarize these words at a high level.

Step 1: Target List

Current goals: get a driver's license, go to the seaside for a holiday, travel outdoors with friends, exercise regularly, and hope for a raise.

The ultimate goal: explore the world, make friends at any time, support yourself without work, become a famous writer and write explosive novels.

Step 2: Simplify filtering.

Simplify 1: You don't need money, you don't need to work, you can take care of yourself, you can get the love of others, you are not lonely, and you can explore things you don't know.

The second simplification: love and be loved, experience the world, know yourself, love yourself, and be free from material constraints.
