Open the "Fitness Record" App on AppleWatch at any time to check your fitness status. The Workout Records application will display three rings. The red "activity" ring shows the calories you burn during the activity, the green "exercise" ring shows how long you have been exercising at a certain intensity, and the blue "standing" ring shows the number of times you stand and exercise for at least one minute every hour in a day.
On the fitness recording application, rotate the digital watch to scroll to the bottom of the screen, and then click "Change Goal" to adjust your goal.
