Jianmin center is located next to the apartment of national team athletes at Tibei Road 166, Nanguan District, Changchun City.

Changchun National Fitness Activity Center is one of the first ten "National Fitness Activity Centers" in China, which was officially opened to the public on June 26th, 2003. Changchun National Fitness Activity Center covers a total area of 3 1.255 square meters, with a total construction area of 1.986 1 square meter and more than 200 outdoor parking spaces. It provides more than ten kinds of sports and fitness programs and complete supporting services. It is the largest, most diverse and most functional national fitness and leisure place in our province.
