3. Competition restrictions: 30,000 people in the half marathon; Mini marathon, 5000 people.

4. After the number of applicants for the half marathon (except "teenagers on the road") exceeds the limit, the qualification will be determined by lottery; The mini marathon and youth places on the road (limited to 1500 people) are first come, first served.

5. 3. Health requirements:
