Common flapping methods
Real slapping is more exciting and effective. Joints, limbs, hands and feet, and various obvious solid diseases should be patted with the palm of your hand, such as obvious pain, lump, inflammation, eczema, psoriasis, herpes zoster, vasculitis, varicose veins and so on.
In order to relieve the pain, you can sometimes pat it with your empty palm. The thumb clings to the other four fingers, and the palm is slightly arched, making the palm form a big hole.
If you need to strengthen some local stimulation when patting the back of your hand, you can pat it with the back of your hand, mainly because your joints are juxtaposed on the back of your fingers. Therefore, the joint is not as prominent as the palm, and it is not as hard as the palm, so slapping is more exciting.
Fist slapping can hit some parts, such as abdomen, buttocks, thighs and other fatty places, or places where the palm is not easy to penetrate, such as armpits and thigh roots. Leg roots can also be patted with a hand knife. In order to enhance penetration or reduce the sound of flapping, fists can also be used.
In addition, when slapping a large area, use the whole palm and fingers, such as slapping the inside of the elbow and the front side of the knee. The slapped part is not large, mainly with fingers. Wrist joints can shake flexibly when flapping.
Parts that can't be photographed by hand or are not photographed hard enough, such as back, hind legs, soles of feet, etc., can be photographed with tools, such as cloth soles, wooden sticks and other natural objects.
The main part of the flap
Stand or sit in a chair, look straight ahead and relax. Then raise your arm and pat your head and neck with your palm, your left hand and your right hand. Start from the back of the neck, pat it up gradually, until it reaches the forehead, and then pat it back from the forehead until the back of the neck. Repeat this 5-8 times.
Stand on your chest, relax naturally, and then make fists with your hands. First hit the right chest with your left hand, then hit the left chest with your right hand, from top to bottom, and then from bottom to top, and hit the left and right chest 200 times each; Pat your chest, then pat your back. Your hand is still half-held. Put your left hand behind your head and pat your left back. Beat each side 100 times.
Stand on your waist and abdomen and relax. You can make a fist with both hands, or you can extend your fingers horizontally, and then your waist naturally turns left and right. When you turn your back, your upper limbs will shake. When the waist rotates to the right, the palm of the left upper limb is driven to beat to the right abdomen, and the right upper limb, hand and back of hand beat to the waist, so that the palm or fist consciously beats to both sides of the waist and abdomen for more than 200 times.
Shoulder is sitting in a chair or standing, with the left hand patting the right shoulder and the right hand patting the left shoulder, each side patting 100 times.
The limbs beat the right upper limb with the left hand and the left upper limb with the right hand. Skin flap around the upper limb, generally 100 ~ 200 times per side; When patting the lower limbs, you should take a seat, sit in a chair, pat the left leg first, put the left foot on the low stool to relax the whole left leg, and pat it with both hands from top to bottom, from inside to outside, from bottom to inside, from thigh to calf, and then change the right leg, generally 200 times each.
