How is your diet?
Many people asked me about my diet, so I wrote down the answers. I write diet first, and then I write a fitness plan.

Meal type: I am a vegetarian. I didn't even eat an egg on my diet trip.

Breakfast: 1 cup of pure milk (cold)+1 banana +5 blackberries.

Then I will arrive at the office.

Coffee/espresso time: about 10:30am- a cup of black coffee (without sugar)+5-6 almonds and 5-6 walnuts.

Lunch: about 1.5 12:00 pm A bowl of Indian lentils (dal)+ 1 a bowl of yogurt mixed with cumin powder, black salt and red powder (which can add or delete things)+1 a bowl of simple salad (I always cut onions, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes). I haven't had a barbecue for three months.

Then walk for 2.5 hours+gym (after dieting)

Dinner: 1 bowl of lentils+1 apple or a bowl of salad (lettuce, onion, cucumber, cherry tomato, salad dressing, croutons).

Now that I am thin, I won't be too hard on myself, and I will relax when I go on a diet.

Then I went to the office and got my two bottles of wine. One is cold water, which I immediately drank and then filled. The other is filled with hot water, two slices of lemon and organic honey. I drink this all day at work.

Coffee/espresso time: about 10:30am- a cup of espresso (with cream)+potato chips (pretzels, because my blood pressure is very low, I need to raise my blood pressure).

Lunch: about 1.5 12:00 pm A bowl of Indian lentils (dal)+ 1 a bowl of yogurt mixed with cumin powder, black salt and red powder (which can add or delete things)+1 a bowl of simple salad (I always cut onions, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes).

Afternoon snacks: 1 apple

Then 1.5-2 hours of walking+fitness (I also reduced my fitness)

Dinner: Most of the time I prepare fresh guacamole at home, and then I eat a guacamole sandwich (with cheese).

I've been drinking a lot of water every day since I started to lose weight. Keeping hydrated works wonders for me. I don't feel so hungry. It can also keep my skin clean. I can feel my skin glowing these days.

Water is my best new friend.

In order to cheat at dinner (team lunch, midnight craving), I asked my colleagues in the office to bend the rules. I told them that whenever we need to order lunch or go out for lunch, the place should be like this, and I can eat high-quality salad. I used to eat this every time I went out. There is no compromise on this point, which makes my team very depressed.

A few days ago 15, I started walking in the apartment for an hour every night. The weather in Chicago was fine, so I took advantage of it.

Gradually, I started walking for 30 minutes, and then I went into the gym to do some stretching exercises. Then I will take a walk on the treadmill and try to run for a while. I started running at 1 minute, slowly increased to 2 minutes, then 3 minutes, then 5 minutes, and so on. As an asthmatic, it was not easy, but I didn't give up. Starting today, I can run for 20 minutes at a stretch. After that, I will sit on my bike and exercise for 20 minutes, and then lift some dumbbells and walk home.
