1~2 years old

In the meantime, we should choose activities that help improve children's sports coordination ability, and combine some interesting games to keep children exercising. At the same time, we should pay attention to the lack of children's safety awareness and self-protection ability during this period.

Therefore, we should choose some simple sports, such as walking, running, jumping, going up and down steps, throwing balls and sandbags, playing games such as picking leaves, squatting in the sand, kicking the ball and pulling the dog away.

3~5 years old

Children at this stage are more suitable for outdoor activities, sunbathing and air bathing, and need to be taught through language guidance and demonstration. They should choose running, jumping (discontinuous), throwing, tumbling and other sports forms.

6~9 years old

Children at this stage are in the stage after the first peak of human growth and development in early childhood, and all kinds of growth and functional development are relatively slow, especially the development of cardiovascular system function is slower than that of sports system.

Therefore, at this stage, both men and women can't bear regular high-intensity and long-term exercise. Sports can choose ball games, running, jumping and other sports forms, but also consider swimming, skating and other projects.

10~ 12 years old

At this stage, the child is in a period of rapid physical growth, and the bones are still relatively fragile. When they are impacted by strong sports force, it will inevitably affect the bones in the body and may eventually affect the growth of children.

★ Because strength, speed, endurance and agility have a certain foundation, it is necessary to cultivate children's sports ability in this stage and try to avoid participating in antagonistic events. After all, the child is in the growth stage, so as to avoid injury affecting normal physiological development. You can take (table tennis, badminton and foot) as the main three items, followed by sports dance, and try to avoid high-intensity strenuous exercise.

13 years old or older

It is suitable to choose bouncing-based sports, especially vertical sports such as touching height, skipping rope and pull-ups, which is beneficial to the growth of height. At the same time, swimming, aerobics and ball games are optional items.

Children's sports activities and training forms should be varied and adjusted in time to avoid the diversification of sports forms, increase interest, ensure that children can persist in sports, and achieve the effect of growing taller through sports science.

Going to bed early and doing (growth stretching exercise) before going to bed can promote growth.
