On the morning of August 8th, our city held the 20 10 National Fitness Day and the launching ceremony of the 10th Guangdong Sports Festival "Welcome to the Asian Games" in Rongcheng Gymnasium. The Municipal Sports Bureau organized a series of sports activities this time, aiming at further promoting national fitness activities and forming a good environment and atmosphere for advocating fitness, participating in fitness and pursuing a healthy and civilized lifestyle in the whole society. This sports bureau includes a series of activities such as national and provincial intangible cultural heritage projects such as "Green Lion", "Nanzhiquan", fitness qigong performance, "Kangmei Cup" to welcome the Asian Games, the third martial arts elite competition in Guangdong Province, and the first peasant basketball competition in Guangdong Province.
