Note 1: Avoid hot hours of the day, especially outdoor sports. If you want to go out on a hot day, you must avoid the hottest time of the day, usually 10 from early morning to 3 pm. Generally speaking, when the human body temperature is lower than 33 degrees Celsius, sweating can achieve the effect of rapid heat dissipation. However, if the temperature exceeds 33 degrees, it is difficult to dissipate heat, and it is prone to heatstroke symptoms, such as chest tightness, dizziness, thirst and nausea. Of course, athletic ability will also decline.
Note 2: Replenish water in time, a few times. Sweating more during exercise, especially in summer, will make you more thirsty, so you should increase water supplement. But the principle is "drink a little water many times", that is, replenish water in time before, during and after exercise.
Note 3: Don't take a bath immediately after exercise. After exercise, if you are suddenly stimulated by cold water, your body with open pores is easy to catch a cold. After exercise, you should relax first, finish the exercise, and then rest. If the clothes are too wet, take them off and wipe the sweat with a dry towel. After the body is basically calm, take a bath with water at a suitable temperature.
Note 4: Take proper exercise methods. In fact, due to the influence of high temperature, there is absolutely no need for exercisers to concentrate on running, such as changing outdoor running to indoor treadmill.
As long as you avoid high temperature exercise in summer and prevent all kinds of risks that may lead to exercise due to high temperature, you can successfully complete summer exercise and see the results of training in autumn!
