No one who cares about the fitness effect likes to stay up late. Staying up late is a disrespect for the day's fitness training, so successful bodybuilders basically have no habit of staying up late, and their daily routine is more regular. They go to bed early and get up early, and of course they have to stay up like "gentlemen".

"Cleanliness" in Diet

After all, everyone likes to eat healthier food, but bodybuilders will pay special attention to this aspect, such as carbohydrate drinks, milk tea and so on. As for other bad habits, such as smoking and drinking, smoking affects cardiopulmonary function and training quality, and drinking is more harmful. The calorie of wine is not lower than that of many carbohydrate foods, so most bodybuilders don't smoke and drink, so bodybuilders are really self-disciplined.
