What's the harm of running too much?
Running is really just moderate. If we run too much, it will really hurt our health! But many people don't know the harm of excessive running to our health at first, and always run blindly!

I used to know a man who was from our school. Every time he runs in the gym, he runs on the treadmill for an hour and a half to two hours. He runs every day. It's really hard to see him not running for a day!

Every time the number displayed on the treadmill can reach 15km or more, you don't have to think about it to know that he must be a runner or a runner! So he ran for two or three years, and then he didn't come, and his knee was seriously injured!

In fact, there is a really good saying, and that is excessive. Even if it is a good thing, it may become a bad thing if it is done too much. Running is such an example. You can love, but you should love moderately!

Knowing these consequences, do you dare to run too much? Today, I will list some disadvantages caused by excessive running. I hope everyone can remember that scientific, reasonable and moderate exercise!

1. Knee pain

The first one is about our knees! When we usually walk, our knees will be hit by about 1.5 times our weight, and even triple when we run. A 70kg person multiplied by three is about 2 10kg!

200 kilograms at a time. If you run every day, how many times do you think your knee will suffer? How many tons of impact do you have to bear? It's terrible to think about it, so excessive running will first hurt your knees and accelerate knee aging!

2. Muscle strain

When running, our waist muscles, gluteal muscles, leg muscles and abdominal muscles will exert their strength. If you can exercise moderately, our muscles will get proper stimulation and become stronger and stronger, but excessive exercise is the opposite!

The endurance and explosive power of muscles are limited. When you exercise excessively, your muscles will be overdrawn. If it can't be completely repaired, it is easy to have muscle strain and muscle soreness, which will leave sequelae after a long time!

3. Mental weakness

When running, our nervous system is also highly nervous, because we have to control our bodies! Therefore, if we stay nervous for a long time, our spirit will be consumed. If we exercise excessively, it will easily lead to mental weakness!

The most obvious manifestations are lack of concentration, slow thinking, unresponsive brain, decreased memory, feeling sluggish and a little groggy all day, which has very bad consequences for our life, work and study!

Easy to get sick

Running has a good function, which is to improve our immunity, strengthen our physique and improve our resistance to diseases, bacteria and viruses! But if you exercise too much, it will be counterproductive and bring serious problems to our bodies!

Your physique will decline and your immunity will be suppressed. When you encounter a virus, the invasion of bacteria will make your body's resistance worse. The most intuitive performance is easy to catch a cold and have a fever. Don't exercise excessively, it will greatly overdraw your body!

5. Internal resistance

If you run too much, your heart will change quietly! Under normal circumstances, moderate exercise and easy arrangement will make you love running more and keep running, which is very helpful for us to develop good habits!

But if you exercise too much, the situation will be the opposite. Over time, you will feel bored, hate running, and have inner resistance, which is very unfavorable for the formation and persistence of running habits!

We really don't need excessive exercise, moderate exercise, a healthy life and a strong body, which is really more important than anything else!
