The human body mainly consists of the twelve meridians and eight strange meridians.

Two longevity points of human body:

Each of us has two "longevity points": Yongquan point and Zusanli point.

Yongquan point is an important point of kidney meridian. Regular massage of this point has the effects of replenishing marrow, tonifying kidney, strengthening yang and strengthening bones. The kidney is an important organ responsible for growth, development and reproduction. Sufficient kidney essence can lead to normal development, with bright ears, clear mind, quick thinking, dark hair and vigorous sexual function. On the contrary, kidney deficiency and essence deficiency, memory impairment, weak waist and knees, difficulty in walking, low sexual ability, aging before old. Yongquan point is located on the sole of the foot, in the first third of the palm, and the depression is when the toes are flexed. Sit cross-legged before going to bed every night, massage with both hands or press Yongquan points on both sides with bent fingers for 50 to 100 times each time.

Zusanli point is located below the external knee 10 cm. Cover the kneecap with the palm of your hand, with the five fingers facing down and the middle finger at the end. Zusanli point is the main point of stomach meridian. The stomach is the "feeding warehouse" of the human body. Only when the food in the stomach is digested, decomposed and absorbed in time can other organs of the human body get enough nutrition and be healthy and energetic. Therefore, the digestive quality of the stomach is extremely important to us. Zusanli can shoulder this heavy responsibility. Pressing Zusanli with knuckles every night can not only replenish the spleen and stomach, promote the digestion and absorption of diet as soon as possible, enhance human immune function, strengthen the body resistance and eliminate evil spirits, but also eliminate fatigue, restore physical strength, make people refreshed and stay young forever.

Acupoints are located in the "meridians"-the path of energy. There are 12 meridians in the human body (in fact, there are 24 symmetrical meridians). In addition, there is a "Ren meridian" in the center of the front of the human body and a "Du meridian" in the center of the back, each with a special meridian running through the whole body. These 14 meridians are lined with human acupoints, which are called "Zheng acupoints", and all of them have 365 acupoints.

This alone is a considerable number, not to mention that there are acupoints in other places. Acupoints other than human meridians are called "positive points", and later "new points" have been discovered one after another. If all these acupoints are counted, the total number of acupoints in the human body far exceeds 1000.
