The difference between a health club and a gym
There is basically no big difference between a gym and a fitness club, but the difference between a gym and a fitness studio will be more obvious.

(1) Fitness course.

Large gyms basically follow a system (all brands are the same), and the ways and means of selling classes are similar. The only difference is the brand image, and personal fitness instructors can change at any time. However, because the fitness instructors in the studio are generally stable, and some people will learn some relatively small curriculum systems, they will offer some special courses that are not available elsewhere.

② Fitness instructor's ability.

Large gyms have at least internal trainers, which can ensure that the level of coaches is not much different, while the training in the studio is relatively small, which is often a matter of luck.

③ Differences in instrument selection.

For small fitness studios, the corresponding capital scale should be small and the equipment used should be cheap.

④ Differences in tourist source models of private education.

Gym is a traffic mode, and studio is a service experience mode.
