Criteria for three types of personnel in military physical fitness assessment

There are three standards for physical fitness assessment of military civilian personnel, with 55 points passing. Basic physical training includes five items: 3000m, sit-ups, pull-ups, body building and 30*2 snake running.

Generally, the standard is checked according to the requirements of the third category (the lowest category), with a score of 100 and a passing score of 55.

The main purpose of physical fitness assessment is to strengthen everyone's physique, so as to be better qualified for the job, so the assessment standard is low and it is not difficult to pass the customs.

In order to ensure the physical quality of civil servants, most employers will arrange physical exercise every day 1 hour, and some units also bring their own gyms.
