1, alcohol disinfection
First of all, prepare medical cotton swabs and 75% medical alcohol. Take two cotton swabs, one dipped in alcohol, and gently scrub around the blisters. Wipe the other hand around the scrubbed blisters again to absorb excess alcohol, so that the blisters can be seen clearly. At this time, the disinfection of blisters is completed.
2. Punch the blister with a needle.
Take a needle, which is a sewing needle for home use. Put one end of the needle tip above the lighter, bake it with fire, and then wipe the needle with medical gauze, so that the needle will be disinfected.
At this time, a small hole is made in one side of the blister with a sterilized needle. You must tie a knot at the edge. If tied in the middle of a bubble, only a small part of the liquid in the bubble can be squeezed out, and the rest will wander around the hole and cannot be squeezed out at all.
Step 3 squeeze blisters and apply ointment
Squeeze gently from the edge of the other side of the blister, and the liquid in the blister will flow out from the small hole. At this time, clean the flowing liquid with medical cotton.
After squeezing out the liquid in the blister, apply it evenly on the blister with disinfectant or anti-inflammatory ointment. Be careful at this time, because the skin in the blister where the liquid is squeezed out is very fragile and easily torn.
4. Wrap your feet with medical gauze.
Finally, wrap the blister with medical gauze and gently tie it to the outermost layer. Always looking at gauze. If there is still liquid accumulation in the bubble, continue to squeeze out the liquid. Then let the wound ventilate and dry, so that it can recover faster.
Precautions:
1, after the blister squeezes through the liquid, the skin there must not be torn off or given a big mouth, otherwise the wound will be infected and cause more trauma.
2. If you don't feel uncomfortable, and the blister is very small, such as the blister diameter is about 5 mm or less, without special treatment, such a blister will not burst by itself, and the body will absorb it until it subsides.
