Doctors and other scientists who study human thinking and try to explain people's behavior, called psychologists, began to believe this. You know that your brain is connected with every part of your body through the nervous system. Now scientists have proved that your thoughts and feelings will affect your health.
Stress (tension) means that once there are any problems in your life or changes in your curriculum, everyone has more or less pressure. No one's life is perfect. Stress is stress, so we don't have to never learn, grow or change. We may be bored to death, but too much stress will hurt you and reduce your body's protection, which will make you more susceptible to diseases and even accidents.
When you feel stressed, your brain sends messages to your body, producing a chemical called adrenaline, which will speed up your breathing and heartbeat. Today, you have a different kind of stress problem, such as endless homework or trouble. You can't resist or run away, so don't use all the adrenaline, it will be buried in your heart, that is, you can do something bad for you.
What can you do about stress?
First of all, you can try to find a way to change. You don't have that much pressure. You can make a plan to finish your homework or see a doctor or psychologist, trying to solve problems with your family or you, but sometimes you can't change the tense situation. Sometimes you don't even want to make big changes. It may be a good change, but there will still be pressure.
Your body can help your brain deal with the stress of body and brain at work. If you are stressed, you need to take special care of your important things, get enough sleep and eat nutritious food. Some people take a vitamin and mineral pill every day and then do another thing. What you can do is to practice every day. If you go for a walk or do aerobic dance or exercise in the gym, you give your body a chance to burn. Of course, a person's adrenaline is not used in many bodies.
