In order to further strengthen the construction of teachers' morality and ethics, effectively solve some problems existing in the construction of teachers' morality and ethics in our school, construct a long-term mechanism for the construction of teachers' morality and ethics, publicize and carry forward the advanced deeds of outstanding teachers, and realize a good atmosphere in which good people get what they deserve and bad people get what they deserve, according to the spirit of the Notice of Zhejiang Education Department and Municipal and District Education Bureaus on Doing a Good Job in Special Training of Teachers' Morality and Ethics in XX years, and combining with the reality of our school, the school has carried out practical and effective construction of teachers' morality and ethics. The relevant information is hereby notified as follows:

First, the rules and regulations of teachers' morality and style in line with the characteristics of vocational schools have been established.

The faculty and staff of the whole school earnestly perform their duties in accordance with the rules and regulations of the school, be a model, teach and educate people, and make selfless contributions, which embodies a good moral trend, as shown in the following:

1, moral education first, reflecting good teachers' morality. Since the establishment of 1983, successive principals (four sessions) have attached great importance to the education of teachers' morality and moral education for students. Although the methods adopted are different, the same educational effect has been achieved. The teachers and students they have trained are excellent. The schools' transferred students, such as Lin, Ye and Mou, have a certain influence in Huangyan education. In recent years, teachers transferred to the first vocational school generally reflect that teachers in the second vocational school will be hard-working, have no complaints and work hard. At the same time, students who graduated from the second vocational school (agricultural technical school) have also made contributions to all walks of life. Specific practices:

3. Give priority to activities and cultivate sentiment. Schools or school trade unions often organize teaching staff to actively participate in various beneficial activities, cultivate their team consciousness, collective concept and sense of responsibility as masters, and cultivate their sentiments through a series of activities.
