Therefore, in order to give full play to the positive role of game teaching method in students' psychology and physiology, coaches can arrange game tasks in three stages: preparation stage, special training stage and quality practice stage.
(2) Improve the teaching method system of functional training.
The construction and improvement of the teaching method system of Taekwondo functional training can prevent students from being injured in training through scientific means on the basis of giving full play to the basic skills of Taekwondo, and promote the accidental injured students to recover their normal sports ability in a short time. So as to improve students' physical quality and ensure "higher, faster and stronger" self-breakthrough development.
