Is it difficult to keep fit?
It's hard to tell the truth. For me, there is either no time or no perseverance.

When I was in college, I had a lot of free time besides attending classes. I wasn't very interested in games at that time. There are quite a lot of people running on the playground every day. When I am free at night, I invite some friends to run together. I graduated as soon as I insisted. Fitness was very simple at that time.

After work, it gradually becomes difficult for me to stay healthy for the following three reasons:

1, fitness venues are hard to find. Personally, I don't like running on the main road, and I can't find a playground nearby. I feel that the gym is expensive. This is an environmental factor.

I prefer to exercise with my friends. We can urge each other and exchange fitness experience. Nowadays, friends are far apart, so it is difficult to find someone to exercise with. This is a personal factor.

Under the pressure of life, I have to bury myself in my work. Getting off work on time has become a fantasy, and it is even more difficult to work overtime and drag your tired body to fitness. At this time, rest may be what I need most. This is a realistic factor.

However, I think people who watch their figure change from muscular to paunchy and still have a little faith in fitness will not be reconciled. Looking at myself in the mirror every day, I can't help asking myself in my heart, is this still me? I began to hate myself more and more, so now I am looking for someone to transfer a fitness card in Idle Fish. I get off work at seven o'clock every day and go to the gym at eight o'clock on time. I really don't have time to do a few push-ups at home just to find my old self.
