Don't be sedentary. Remember to take a deep breath and inject oxygen into your body after sitting for a long time.

I don't support unnatural ways to lose weight. I usually use a breathing method when I take the bus or something-my stomach is tight when I exhale or inhale.

I use a student diet, and I care about metabolism. Usually drink more honey, soy milk, yogurt, brown sugar, drink more water, eat more cellulose-rich things, such as bamboo shoots, celery, bitter gourd, leeks, etc., to ensure the frequency of defecation. I'm afraid of reducing my chest and eating papaya. I'm not afraid of elephant legs. I can lose weight once in a while (I can wear an insurance film when I run, but not for too long). Remember, effective exercise takes more than 20 minutes, because the first 20 minutes of calories are provided by glucose, followed by fat.

As for the problem of gluttony, I suggest you hide your food, at least not where you can see it at night, and remember to chew and eat more when you eat, so as to speed up your satiety (for example, it takes your brain 20 minutes to analyze your satiety after eating).
