Basic information

(1) The competition shall be conducted in accordance with the latest track and field competition rules approved by China Athletics Association and the competition rules of this competition.

(2) All contestants must arrive at the starting point before 8:20 am on June165438+1October 17, 2008, and queue up in the designated area according to the competition items and numbers.

(3) fire your gun and start at 8: 30 on time. The game will start with two guns. The track has a single lap of 5KM, and runners need to run around the track twice to finish the race effectively.

(4) Pick up the bag: the contestants will store their clothes in the designated area of the starting point according to the number segment. After arriving at the finish line, they will pick up their clothes at the corresponding road section. It is suggested that the organizing Committee players should not store valuables (such as mobile phones, valid certificates, cash, various keys, credit cards, etc.). ) It's in their bag. ). If there is any damage or loss, all consequences shall be borne by the players themselves.

On the day of the competition, at the starting point, the organizing committee will stop providing clothes storage service for the contestants at 8: 0015. Please arrange the contestants' time. Participants should collect their personal belongings at the designated area of the finish line before 1 1:00 on the day of the competition. Those who fail to get it within the time limit can get it from the organizing Committee of the competition within 5 days after the end of the competition (if it is necessary to mail it, the expenses incurred shall be borne by the players themselves). Those who fail to get it within the time limit will be treated as unclaimed by the organizing Committee.

(5) Timing: This competition adopts an induction timing system, and the organizing committee provides a disposable timing chip. Starting point and ending point, there is a time carpet every 5 kilometers. Players must cross the time carpet on the ground one by one. Players lack any time point, the results are invalid and will not be ranked.

(VI) Closing distance and time: In order to ensure the safety and smooth progress of the contestants, closing time will be set for all sections of the competition route during the competition, and social traffic will be closed within a limited time. After closing time, the timer carpet stopped working. Social traffic will be resumed in the corresponding sections. Participants who fail to complete the corresponding distance within the specified closing time must immediately stop the race and quit the track. Players who remain on the track after the time is over will bear all the consequences.

(7) medical care:

1. The Organizing Committee will set up fixed medical stations at the starting point, along the track and at the end point;

2. The Organizing Committee will set up mobile AED medical rescue services along the track;

3. The Organizing Committee will set up first-aid volunteers along the track to assist in medical rescue and maintain the order of the competition. Participants can ask them for help at any time.

4. During the activity, if the athletes lose consciousness, they will automatically entrust the medical staff and emergency volunteers of the Organizing Committee to take all measures to give first aid, including but not limited to cardiopulmonary resuscitation, external defibrillation of AED, renting vehicles or aviation tools for rapid transportation, and the legal responsibilities and accompanying expenses arising therefrom will be borne by the athletes themselves, and the medical staff and emergency volunteers involved in the rescue will not be held accountable for their legal and economic responsibilities.

Competition method

(1) Age requirements for contestants:

Their guardians or legal representatives shall sign the disclaimer on the spot before they can receive the entries and participate in the competition.

(2) Physical requirements for the contestants:

Marathon is a high-load, high-intensity and long-distance competitive sport, and it is also a high-risk competitive event, which requires high physical conditions for athletes.

1. Line limit 1000 people, first come, first served, until the quota is full;

2. Please refer to the Instructions for Registration issued by the Organizing Committee for details such as registration method, process and application.

3. After obtaining the qualification, the organizing committee will inform the contestants to check the entry number;

4. Entries collection: Eligible contestants, please collect their entries at the designated place of the organizing committee according to regulations. The specific time and place will be announced before the game;

(4) Registration fee: 50 yuan RMB/person.

Competition awards:

The top ten male and female players in the total score (according to the net time score) will receive bonuses (unit: RMB) respectively.

2. According to the national tax regulations, 20% personal income tax is required for the above bonuses.

Punishment method

The organizing Committee will conduct video surveillance on the starting point, the whole process and the end point. In case of any of the following problems during the competition, the Organizing Committee will punish the players according to the seriousness, such as disqualification and results, suspension for 1-2 years, and life suspension:

(a) false age registration or registration for others;

(2) Participants bring other people's timing chips or one player carries two or more timing chips (including male players carrying female players) to participate in the competition;

(3) Failing to leave in the specified order in non-designated areas;

(four) began to violate the rules;

(5) Don't stop the race after closing time, or return to the track after retiring;

(six) did not run the whole course according to the prescribed route, cut corners or insert vehicles in the middle;

(7) relay to complete the race;

(8) Failing to pass the finish line repeatedly as required, or collecting souvenirs through the finish line privately without running the whole course;

(9) Forge numbered cloth without permission, use numbered cloth of other marathon events, or collect post-race souvenirs through the finish line without wearing numbered cloth and timing chip of this race;

(ten) unauthorized alteration, occlusion, transfer number cloth;

(eleven) uncivilized behavior, do not obey the command of the competition staff, interfere with the competition, fight, gather people to make trouble;

(twelve) other acts in violation of these rules.
