When you keep exercising and do more training, your muscles will look strong because of nervousness, but if you stop exercising or reduce your exercise, you will gradually feel thinner. This is called muscle rebound, because your muscles have not been shaped yet. If you keep exercising for several years, this phenomenon is impossible.
