What should I pay attention to when exercising after tuberculosis rehabilitation?
As we all know, tuberculosis is a chronic wasting disease, and a good rest is the doctor's advice that doctors need to emphasize repeatedly. Can pulmonary tuberculosis patients be treated with physical therapy? In the past, most doctors were conservative about this. Although tuberculosis patients like Herodias, a famous ancient Greek doctor, dared to carry out medical exercise therapy on themselves, they also achieved success. But at least before 1930s and 1940s, people still had doubts about the physical therapy of tuberculosis. It was not until there were effective anti-tuberculosis drugs that doctors really began to try and soon achieved unexpected results. According to experts in respiratory diseases and sports medicine at home and abroad, many types of pulmonary tuberculosis are suitable for physical therapy, especially in the early stage, absorption stage and calcification stage of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis. This is because the scope of the former lesion is very small, the patient has not had obvious symptoms of consciousness, and his physical and mental state is not very weak. The latter has no obvious symptoms because the lesion is in a recovery state, and the general situation is Big bounce. In addition, those patients with persistent pulmonary tuberculosis, liver cirrhosis and intractable fibrospongiform tuberculosis who have not healed for many years can also take some physical exercise properly during the stable stage of the disease, but the effect is often poor. And patients with various types of tuberculosis in the late or acute stage; Poor general condition, severe weakness and emaciation (those who lose more than a quarter of their weight); Have symptoms of hemoptysis, or complicated with active lymph node tuberculosis, intestinal tuberculosis, renal tuberculosis and peritoneal tuberculosis; As well as daytime fever and body temperature above 38 degrees Celsius, physical therapy is prohibited. Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis should adhere to the principle of different symptoms and different course of disease when choosing the form and amount of physical therapy. For example, patients with early infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis (no obvious symptoms, no obvious signs of accelerated ESR, increased white blood cells and decreased lymphocytes in blood test) need to do a few simple broadcast gymnastics at first, and the movement range should not be too large. Then gradually finish doing the full set of movements, but the number of repetitions in each session should be halved (only two people shoot). When playing Tai Ji Chuan, you should first practice simplifying Tai Ji Chuan. At first, you only learned half a set. You should practice once every morning and afternoon for about 20 minutes. Then gradually progress to a full set of exercises, the time can also be increased to 30 minutes, and each course of treatment is about 3 months. Walking should also be carried out on a flat road first. Walk for 10~20 minutes at first, once a day or once every other day. In the future, it can be increased to twice a day and the time can be extended to 20~30 minutes. For patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis in convalescence, some exercises can be strengthened on the basis of the former. For example, you can do a full set of broadcast gymnastics, and the walking time can be increased to 30~45 minutes. Qigong is the most suitable exercise for tuberculosis patients, such as relaxation, strength and internal strength training. Generally, you should take the prone position or lateral position 15~20 minutes in the first 20 days. Sitting posture can be increased within 20~40 days, and the time can be increased to 60 minutes, twice a day. Change to sitting position completely within 40~60 days, 4 times a day. Pile practice can be used before brunch within 60~70 days, 6 times a day. Daily exercise 70~ 100 days can be reduced to 4 times. Pay attention to using natural breathing instead of deep breathing. In ball games, only badminton is more suitable for patients with lung cough. You can also play basketball and volleyball when you are young, but you can only do basic actions, such as passing the ball, but you should pay attention to the indoor air not to be too dirty. Football is taboo. In addition, it is not suitable for endurance sports, such as long-distance walking (more than 3 kilometers), swimming (more than 800 meters) and cycling (more than 10 kilometers). Don't do deep breathing exercise, especially in unstable period, so as not to cause cough and chest pain. You shouldn't take part in sports that make you hold your breath, such as weightlifting and parallel bars. For swimming, patients who have recovered for more than one year can participate, especially after infiltrating tuberculosis enters the calcification stage. You can swim 10~20 minutes at a time. Don't stay in the water for too long, and don't bask in the sun by the pool for too long, so as not to make the unstable lesions move and spread again. If there is only slight fatigue after exercise, you can get rid of fatigue after a short rest, which shows that the amount of exercise is appropriate. If the symptoms such as rapid heartbeat (more than 1 10 times per minute), palpitation, headache, cough, excessive sweating, high body temperature, loss of appetite, weakness and discomfort cannot be eliminated after 10 hours of sleep, it means that the exercise is too large, and you should adjust or rest for a few days.
