Fitness instructor's professional competence certification has passed Ruixing Fitness College, a training unit designated by the State Sports Bureau. It is free accommodation and lifelong retraining and reimbursement of travel expenses. Arrange full-time systematic training mode for food, accommodation and training every month. 1) Boys:

Primary: static stretching for 5 seconds before sitting, 40 push-ups and 60 squats with bare hands;

Advanced: 40 push-ups, 60 freehand squats, 15 pull-ups.

2) Girls

Primary: static stretching for 5 seconds before sitting, push-ups 15 times, and squats with bare hands for 40 times.

Intermediate: static stretching for 5 seconds before sitting, push-ups 15 times, and freehand squats for 50 times.

Advanced: 15 push-ups, 50 squats with bare hands, 15 seconds or so to bend your elbow and recline.

(2) Practical operation

1) mainly

Resistance training (46 points):

Instrument exercises, Smith machine exercises, barbell exercises, dumbbell exercises, self-weight exercises and other actions.

Draw lots in the library to complete resistance training 1 action demonstration and explanation (22 points) and resistance training 2 action demonstrations (9 points each), in which 1 action is extracted from instrument practice and Smith machine practice, 1 action is extracted from barbell practice and dumbbell practice, and 1 action is extracted from self-weight practice; Draw lots to complete 1 protection of resistance training in several resistance training that need protection (6 points);

Static stretching movement (32 points):
