Hei Hu stretches: Complete the forward pose, stand upright with your feet together, and then ride the pony, with both hands still in the palm position, and push it left and right separately, from the pony to the tall horse (first low and then high). Be sure to put your palms together with your waist. When you are full, your palms and the soles of your hind feet must be printed. So he pushed up and down left and right, his waist and knees were strong for a long time, and he worked quickly. These are four hands.
4. Swallow wing stretching: After stretching and pushing, take a rest, so take another breath, go down to the abdomen, and keep your hands close to your legs. Axillary force is gradually increased from bottom to top to shoulder level, such as Shu type. And when the hand is raised, the heel falls down, the waist must be strong, and the toes should be strong. When holding hands, the concealed gas penetrates the chest, and the humerus swells and refers to heat, which is beneficial. This is the first hand.
5, elbow hook chest: this hand first stands in unison with two feet, then further steps on the ground with the right foot, and squats horizontally to the knee with the yang palm (first bend the palm to the knee to form a flat palm). When closing and turning, the palm is gradually hooked, close to the chest, and the waist leans back slightly, so that air is injected into the abdomen and the drum is forced to turn the elbows. But when you bow, your body must be low and your heels can't leave the ground. This is the hand of Qigong (one hand).
6, pull the bow to open the partition: this is the same as Baduanjin, the left and right bows are like shooting carvings, which is a complex phase. The difference is that this is a pony and the delay is upright, so its effect is far from perfect. For example, when practicing, you can ride a horse and shoot the ball, your waist must be turned back, and the pen word (or horse stance just look) is legal. This is the first hand.
7. The leopard's claws are exposed: all of the above are palm-style, and now they are all leopard-style (the first two sections of fingers are hooked, the big section is flush with the back of the palm, and the thumb is also close to the palm). When practicing, if the left hand is blocking, make a leopard claw fist with the right hand, try your best to rush out, and practice with both hands circularly. You must exhale (when you spit out your fist, you must correspond to your fist strength), and your feet are still half a horse, and the strength is the same as before (that is, armpit strength). This is one hand.
8, leg strength is declining: the previous techniques are all with hands, this is with feet. There are four ways:
Straight toe kick: this kick is only a little higher, too high is weak.
Cross-leg sweep: This kind of cross-leg, its potential is like sweeping, the body must be sideways, and the legs should be quickly and steadily retracted.
Lift with long legs: this leg method is not suitable for rash action, so lifting with high legs is dangerous. If you meet a famous person, it is easy to be controlled by others, so you must practice precision, so as to avoid accidents. In training, the left, right, left, right, front and back Xi fingers must penetrate the toes.
Leg hook rotation: this method hooks the toes from the outside to the inside. When practicing, the feet are like a circle, and the posture is still half horse.

When you say arhat boxing, you should mean the eighteen hands of Shaolin arhat boxing. According to legend, the simple formula is only 18, but I know that there are 22 types of arhat boxing, not the original 18 type of arhat boxing you mentioned.
First of all, worship Buddha on the mountain (at first)
Stand up step by step and look forward with your arms down (Figure 1). The palm of your hand rolls on your chest and your fingertips are down (Figure 2). The palms are turned inward and outward, and the palms are opposite (Figure 3 and 4).
Second, chop hands and split hands (left potential)
Step back half a step with your right foot to make a solid left imaginary step, and split your palm down to both sides (Figure 5). Cross your left and right palms on your chest, lift your left knee, turn your upper body to the right, then put your left toe forward, put your left arm on the shelf slightly, and split your right palm (Figure 6, 7 and 8). This situation is empty and there are hidden dangers. Although the right palm is a split palm, its shape is not exposed, and the distance from the palm is very short. Use your mind to force it.
Three, bright wings chop hand split heart palm (right)
The left and right feet jump up and the palms split to both sides at the same time. Palm forward, elbow close to ribs (Figure 9). Land your left foot firmly, lift your right knee, turn left, land your right foot, and then split your left palm (Figure 10, 1 1). The gist is the same as above.
Fourth, dial the block, even three palms.
Jump right with your right foot, turn right into a left imaginary step, right palm strike, left palm strike and right palm strike (figure 12, 13, 14, 15).
Chop your hands into your throat and split your hands.
Jump left with your left foot, turn left into a right imaginary step, chop off your left hand, and protect your right hand on your chest (Figure 16). Pierce the throat on the right palm, lift the right knee, lower the right foot, and split it under the right palm (Figure 17, 18).
Six, Tota double push mountain
Lift your right knee and turn right, palm up, squat down with your right foot in a right lunge, and push your palms out (Figure 19 and 20).
Seven, overlord whip crouching tiger palm
Lift the left palm on the right shoulder and chop it with the right palm (Figure 2 1). Hook your left knee with your left foot, turn right, raise your right palm in front of your forehead, split it with your left palm (Figure 22), shake your left foot, turn right, lift your right knee with your right foot, put your left palm in front of your forehead, and split it with your right palm (Figures 23 and 24).
Eight, pull the palm.
The right foot lands in a right lunge and the right palm is pulled forward (Figure 25).
Nine, punch out
Lift your left knee, turn left, put down your left foot, follow your right foot, squat down all over, and hit your right fist to the front and right side of your body from top to bottom (Figures 26 and 27).
Ten, turn back to the elbow.
Step back with your right foot, turn right into a right lunge and hit your right elbow backwards (Figure 28).
Eleven, the fire dragon step cut hands.
Raise your left knee and turn left (Figure 29), drop your left foot, cut your right palm one step to the right, squat down all over, and do a left imaginary step, with your left palm covering your right shoulder (Figure 30).
Twelve, Liao's hand.
Step left with your left foot, turn left, lift your right knee and hook your right foot, palm up, and insert the book from bottom to front (Figure 3 1).
Thirteen, double crotch
The palms of both hands are rolled up and the palms are clenched (Figure 32).
Fourteen, double impact hammer
Complete the right lunge in front of your right foot, and double hammer forward (Figure 33).
Fifteen, three hammer step by step
Right foot on the ground, left foot in a left lunge, punch right fist first, then punch left fist, and hit with three hammers (Figures 34, 35, 36, 37).
Sixteen, back to the elbow
Turn right, return your right elbow to the top, put your left palm on your right wrist, and make a right lunge back to the top elbow (Figure 38).
Seventeen, heaven and earth boxing
The right fist hits forward with the back of the fist and then hits down with the elbow as the axis, which is also called handstand (Figures 39 and 40).
Eighteen, double palm "ma bu" or horse stance just look
Turn right with your left foot, stand back with your right foot, and then turn right with your palms from your chest to both sides (Figure 4 1, 42, 43).
Nineteen, white crane bright wings
Put your palm on your chest, turn right, and push your palm with a left step to do a double push with a left lunge (Figures 44 and 45). Lift your right knee, turn left, palm outward, shake your right foot and lift your left knee with bright wings (Figures 46 and 47).
Twenty, immortal back to the cave imaging.
Jump left with your left foot, turn left to lift your right knee, and hook the lower cover of your right foot and right palm (Figure 48). Jump right with your right foot, turn right and lift your left knee to hook the lower cover of your left foot and left palm (Figure 49). The left foot jumps steadily, the imaginary point of the right foot becomes a right imaginary step, and the right palm hits forward (Figure 50).
Twenty-one, Luohan hits the tiger
Right foot half a step to the right, left foot squatting in front of the right foot as a rest step, right fist raised above the head, left fist smashed down, fist heart backward (Figure 5 1).
Twenty-two, return to the mountain to worship Buddha (accept the potential)
Step left with your left foot, stand up straight, and spread your palms to both sides (Figure 52). Step with your right foot to the left and put your hands together on your chest (Figure 53).
