Spleen and stomach are the source of qi and blood biochemistry, and spleen has the function of regulating blood, so we must pay attention to regulating spleen and stomach in the treatment of blood syndrome.

(2) It is suggested to do "regulating the spleen and stomach" in Ba Duan Jin often, which can strengthen the spleen and stomach, especially suitable for people with anxiety and irregular diet.

Blood is warm and cold, so it will coagulate. Cold pathogen can make blood stagnate, the meridians are blocked, and the biochemistry of qi and blood is blocked, which may easily lead to joint diseases, gastrointestinal discomfort or cough.

Cold pathogens mainly come from two aspects: first, catching cold, such as taking a cold bath, drinking cold water, blowing air conditioning, etc. Second, from the diet, we mainly eat cold food, such as cold drinks and chilled fruits.

Spleen governs muscles, and only when muscles are consumed and repaired can the function of spleen and stomach be enhanced. This is the strength of the human body itself, and drugs have no such effect.
