1. First log in to the Altman Keep Sports and Fitness APP, and click the "My" page to enter the personal center.

2. Secondly, find the "Medal Wall" option at the bottom of the personal center page, and click enter.

3. Finally, on the medal wall page, find the medals under the category of "Altman Keep Fitness Challenge" and check the corresponding collection conditions.
