Brief introduction of health qigong
Wuqinxi is a traditional fitness method in China, which consists of five movements imitating animals. Five-bird drama is also called "Five-bird Exercise", "Five-bird Qigong" and "Hundred Steps Sweating Drama". It is said that it was created by Hua Tuo, a physician in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Bird-hunting is one of the most popular and longest-lasting fitness methods in China, and its fitness effect has been praised by health experts in past dynasties. It is said that Hua Tuo's apprentice, Upp, lived to the age of 100 because of long-term practice of this method. 1982 On June 28th, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and the then State Sports Commission of China issued a notice, regarding traditional China fitness methods such as Wuqinxi as one of the contents of "Healthy physical education class" promoted in medical colleges. In 2003, China's State Sports General Administration promoted the five-animal play and other fitness methods as the content of "Fitness Qigong" to the whole country.

Wuqinxi is a kind of bionic martial arts with dynamic and static combination, rigid and flexible combination and both internal and external cultivation. It is similar to China's Tai Ji Chuan and Japanese Judo. When exercising, we should pay attention to the relaxation of the whole body, stay in the abdomen, breathe evenly, and have both form and spirit, such as the five-bird play, so as to achieve the effect of moving outside and calming inside, combining dynamic and static, combining rigidity and flexibility, and practicing both inside and outside. Wuqinxi [1] is a qigong skill that imitates the movements of five animals, such as tiger, deer, bear, ape and bird (crane), so as to keep fit. Hua Tuo, an ancient physician in China, created it on the basis of predecessors, so it is also called hua tuo wuqinxi. Wuqinxi can cure diseases, preserve health and strengthen the body. When practicing, you can practice a bird play alone, or you can choose to practice one or two movements. When practicing one or two movements alone, increase the number of exercises.
