Huawei wireless headset cannot be connected.
If your phone can't search the Bluetooth name of the headset, can't connect it or can't connect it automatically, please follow the following steps:

1. Make sure that the system software of your mobile phone/tablet is the latest version and Bluetooth is turned on.

2.FreeBuds series TWS headphones put two headphones into the charging box and keep the cover open. FreeLace series neck headphones or FreeBuds Studio headphones can be turned on by pressing the button for more than 2 seconds.

Please make sure that the headset can be charged normally, and the power is above 30%.

3. phone/tablet settings > bluetooth: confirm whether there is the current headset name in the paired device or my device list. If yes, click the gear or ring I behind the headset name and choose to cancel pairing or ignore this device; If there is no current earphone name in the list, please go directly to the next step.

4. Press and hold the headset function key 10 seconds or more until the status indicator flashes, and the headset will "enter the pairing state" after it is restored to the factory settings.

5. phone/tablet settings > bluetooth, search in the list of available devices or other devices, and then click the name of the headset for pairing connection.

6. If you still can't connect, please turn off and turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone/tablet, or restart the mobile phone/tablet, close to the earphone connection (less than 10m) and try again;

If it can be connected normally, upgrade the headset firmware to the latest version in time.

If the problem still exists, please take the product and purchase certificate to the nearby Huawei customer service center for testing.
