What are the benefits of long-term fitness?
After long-term adherence to fitness, I have come to the conclusion that:

First, weight began to drop. After several years of fitness, the weight has dropped significantly. In the past, the weight was above 150 kg, but now it is controlled below 135 kg. I feel that many clothes are too fat at the waist. Although I am frugal, I have to buy new clothes.

Second, the mental state is getting better and better. I used to be listless, but now through exercise, my face is rosy and I have a lot of energy to do things.

Third, sleep is much better than before. I used to lie in bed and often toss and turn. Now I go to bed at 9 o'clock in the evening, and I can fall asleep soon. My sleep quality is good. Even if you stay up late occasionally, your physical strength will recover faster.

Fourth, start to control your diet after fitness. The intake of rice, white flour and red meat is decreasing. Always eat high-quality protein, and resolutely do not eat food that is harmful to your health.

Fifth, after insisting on fitness, in addition to body shape, internal physical indicators and discomfort are also improving. Compared with the normal range of blood pressure, there is no three highs, and cervical spondylosis has also been greatly relieved.

Sixth, exercise and fitness has now become a habit. There seems to be something wrong with not exercising on holidays.
