What is a trampoline?
Trampoline is a kind of competitive gymnastics, just like competitive gymnastics. Trampoline is a sport that performs various skills on an elastic bed. Trampoline competition is not only difficult, but also quite thrilling, giving people a beautiful enjoyment.

Trampoline originated in America and was invented by an American acrobat in 1936. The official competition starts from 1954. The main body of the trampoline is a metal frame, and a large canvas (or mesh fabric) is tied around the frame with rubber belts or springs to make an elastic bed surface. The height of the metal frame is 0.95 ~1.05m, the length is 3.60 ~ 4.30m, and the width is1.08 ~ 2.15m ... There should be an open space with a width of 6 ~12m around the trampoline, and the ceiling height of the gym should be at least. For the safety of athletes, the trampoline should be covered with cushions.

At present, there are three kinds of trampoline competitions in the world: individual, group (composed of 5 people) and synchronous (2 people). All kinds of competitions include compulsory movements and optional movements, and each set of movements consists of 10 movements.
