Be directly responsible to the manager, carry out the instructions of the manager, and report to the manager, be familiar with the operating procedures of all gym equipment, supervise the operating methods of users, correct problems in time when found, and avoid unnecessary losses of facilities.

Be able to explain and demonstrate to the guests with standardized language and actions, track the members of the fitness program, quickly feed back the information of the members, and do all the preparations for their posts, including health work, before opening every day.

For members who are beginners of this program, if they ask for guidance, the coach should provide standardized services, and for members who have the intention of private education, they should actively recommend private education services. Members should pay special attention to safety during internship and have standardized protection and rescue responsibilities.

Assist personal trainers and lifeguards to do a good job of inspection and summary before and after business, sort out and clean up the hygiene and storage items in the area before and after business, regularly maintain and repair the facilities of the venue, keep the equipment in good operation to ensure normal use, and assist cleaners to keep the gym clean and tidy.

Conduct regular training and study, maintain a good body image, improve the professional level, establish a good relationship between members and guests, make use of the particularity of their service relationship with guests, feedback the opinions and suggestions of guests to the superior leaders in time, and shape the good image of the club.
