Some time ago, a friend asked me, I don't know how to study. Do not know how to take notes? Here's to share some experiences I've summed up during this period.

1. How to read it?

At first, we must form the habit of reading, especially friends who haven't read for a long time. Even if you read for five minutes every day, you should stick to it from a tiny habit.

At the beginning, I asked myself to read for ten minutes every day. At first, I was very careless. After watching it for a few minutes, my fingers itch and I want to play with my mobile phone. So I turned off my phone and put it aside until I watched it for ten minutes before turning it on. Of course, it should be noted that we must first choose our favorite books. Choose the books you want to read, so that I can better help us form habits.

After we got used to it for ten minutes, we were slowly prolonging the time. The cycle goes on gradually. I can't say that we have to watch it for hours at the beginning, so the result may be that we stick to it for two days and then give up.

2. How to choose the reading direction?

After we form a habit, we can choose to read in categories. I was divided into three categories last year. Tools, novels, literature.

I also divided the reference books into several topics I need now, including lecture topics, writing topics, reading topics and management topics.

Today, I will focus on sharing some knowledge I learned from watching special courses. Here I'd like to share fast reading, deep reading and topic reading.

Speed reading: We can read a book every three days or even a book every day. Speed reading method, first we read the preface and outline of the book. Select what we need, and then mark the key points with a pen through scanning. Finally, we will extract the knowledge we want. You must learn to choose knowledge points. I don't recommend the speed reading method for the partners who have just started reading. The fast reading method is suitable for reference books. Other books still choose the normal speed, but the normal speed is still one book a week. Otherwise, it will affect the fluency of this book.

In-depth reading method: There are many classic books that can be read in depth, those books that have been circulated for a long time or very classic books, such as Sun Tzu's Art of War, Guiguzi and Human Weakness. We can read these books deeply. After reading it for a while, I felt something, and now I am writing down my feelings. Finally, it is integrated into a reading draft.

Thematic reading method. What is the theme reading method? Is to choose a book with a theme to read and study a project. The classification mentioned above, the theme of speech, the theme of writing and so on. This can build our professional skills.

2 novels.

I don't read many novels, and I prefer to read those martial arts novels. Just reading these novels can fascinate me. Imagine yourself as one of those Wulin people, and you have a lot of writing skills to accumulate. There are many stories.

3 literature.

I have seen less of this kind. I didn't like Chinese very much since I was a child, but I'm slowly getting into it.

3. How to take notes?

Whether speaking or writing, we all have one thing in common. We like stories. A good story is attractive. We will also see many stories in the book, which can be accumulated. Keep using it and become your own story.

③ Extraction method.

There are many methods in many reference books, and what impressed me most is that. When I read the handout, I learned a lot from it. An impromptu speech, opening, ending, etc. Many things are read in books. Extract them. Has been using it.

Fitness has undoubtedly brought me the most benefits, and the biggest change that has brought me is learning to persist. I used to be in poor health, and I was particularly prone to colds and fever since I was a child. Hands and feet are very thin, and they are floating when walking.

This situation continued until high school, and my academic performance was not good. I chose physical education practice, practiced in high school for three years, and was admitted to physical education normal school.

But when I got to college, I began to fall. After a semester, in addition to attending classes, exercise for a period of time! I seldom exercise at other times, so my physical fitness is getting worse and worse.

I realized it when I was a sophomore, so I started exercising from that time. At first, I was running. I ran for 5 kilometers at a time, and then I gave up after running for two days. Later, I decided to go to the gym for a week. Finally, I gave up because I was sore all over.

This was true until two years ago. I began to realize that I must insist on doing one thing well. So I bought a push-up pole and asked myself to do 30 push-ups and 30 sit-ups every day. After getting into the habit, gradually increase and practice, so that you won't feel too tired and stick to it easily. After a period of persistence, gradually increase the amount of training. After a year, my body shape has also changed a lot, and I have developed eight abdominal muscles.

No matter what you do, it is particularly important to stick to this word. The early stage of persistence is painful, but his later stage is sweet.
