I'm obsessive-compulsive, but I don't like plans being ruined.

I have paid attention to a young lady before, and she will practice punching in early. It feels like several people walk through the gravity factory together and connect the two. It is found that this fitness studio has morning exercises in small groups (6 people), morning classes from Monday to Thursday, Sunday and Friday, and of course there are several other time periods. Instantly opened my new ideas. I tried a class this morning and got a better understanding of the specific situation. Recently, there are two activities in the store, one is to recharge 5000 to get 500, and the other is to exercise 12 weeks (and pay 500).

Advantages:

2. The price is better than private lessons, 20 yuan. Of course, compared with the coach's efforts, this discount can only be seen in absolute terms. If it is cost-effective, it is not better than King Kong.

3. The target value brings some incentives. Although it is impossible to complete the task through the scientific analysis of 18% body fat, if I participate in this activity, it may help me to control my diet better and achieve my goal.

Disadvantages:

1. Small group classes should be aerobic, which is similar to daily running, which means that I will lack anaerobic training at this stage, which is not conducive to reducing fat and shaping in general, especially shaping.

2. I only tried the class once, lacking a deeper understanding, feeling strange and needing to adapt.

3.kingkong's bimonthly card has been paid, but the card has not been opened. The gravity factory has to pay another fee, which is a new investment. Of course, for me who has been exercising for a long time, I don't think this problem is very big, but it can only be regarded as a small shortcoming.

Because the class time in the morning is very precious, I deliberately timed it during the test class and found that the walking time from my home to King Kong is the same as that of the gravity factory, which is 10- 15 minutes. If you drive, there are parking lots on both sides, and this part is tied.

From the absolute cost point of view, the average class cost of King Kong is about 20 yuan higher than that of Lichang, while from the cost performance point of view, King Kong's private lessons are obviously higher than that of Lichang and tied.

3. Emotion

After attending classes in kingkong for more than half a year, although the coach will be late, the overall management concept of the studio is very good, with good cooperation and excellent impression. There is only one class in the gravity factory, but I feel that the atmosphere between students is good and the coach is quite interesting. On the whole, this part of King Kong is dominant.

4. Degree of demand

In the sports system theory I accept, aerobic and anaerobic cooperation is needed, especially for shaping, King Kong can meet the requirements, but most of the small group classes in gravity factories are aerobic. Although there is no morning class, miracle fitness can also meet the requirements of aerobic, and King Kong will win.

It should be said that from the overall analysis, there is no doubt about choosing King Kong. I should focus more on what I hope to achieve and what I should do, instead of being tempted by some preferential carrots that are not so meaningful to me. After all, my time, energy and enthusiasm are precious, so I can't make my own mistakes.
