Can women do aerobics during their physiological period?
Medical advice:

Menstrual exercise varies from person to person. Those who are healthy and have normal menstruation can exercise properly during menstruation, which can reduce the adverse reactions such as physical burden and irritability, and play a role in regulating emotions, relaxing muscles and tendons, activating blood circulation and relieving pain. However, it should be noted that the amount of exercise should not be too large, and the range of movements should be reduced in stretching exercises to avoid doing too many jumping exercises and waist and abdomen muscle exercises on the mat.

It is best to adjust exercises during menstruation, and you can do some light activities such as radio exercises, aerobics, Tai Ji Chuan and Qigong.

Activity time should not be too long. Generally, it should be 15-30 minutes. For women who have no sports foundation, it is not suitable for competitions and cold showers during menstruation (well-trained women and athletes can participate in these sports appropriately), as long as they feel comfortable after exercise.
